PATRICK MARKOVICH PHOTOGRAPHY AND DRAWING

Through this class I feel I have become a better photographer because I actively decided to consider elements of photography like light, shadow, and rule of thirds. In Digital One I didn't consider these elements as much as I did in this class. Surprisingly I am most proud of the first project we did the still life pictures. I had to really think which photo to use for the my portfolio because I love all of those photos. It was also a really fun process getting all of the items from my house and arranging them. However, the project I was least pleased with was probably the scavenger hunt. I felt that I was looking for too specific of subjects and my technique got lost in the hunt. If I could redo it I would probably try and do my own unique take on the photos. I love photography and although I won't do it as a career, I think it will continue to be a hobby of mine. It is so easy to take photos in this day and age so I'm glad I was able to learn how to take great photos.
